HOW WE APPROACH THIS

We deploy federated NGSI-LD context brokers across consortium members - each member owns their broker, their data, their access policy. Federation happens through standards (NGSI-LD federation, IDSA-aligned data sharing), not through giving up sovereignty.
We connect it using:
- ETSI NGSI-LD Smart Data Models as the shared data language.
- Federated NGSI-LD context brokers - one per member, each independent.
- IDSA-aligned data sharing for sovereign exchange between members.
- EU Mobility Data Space building blocks (Common European Data Spaces, deployEMDS architecture).
- Your existing systems - operator-by-operator, city-by-city, integrated through the Mobility Starter Packs above.
No central database. No data ownership transfer. No 'enterprise digitalisation committee'.
Once the federation is deployed → each member publishes their NGSI-LD context locally, queries across members work transparently, and participation in the EU Mobility Data Space becomes operational.
Then we expand - adding more members, more modes, more cross-region federations.
