- ETSI NGSI-LD Smart Data Models for cable car and ropeway operations.

- Your existing lift control systems - Doppelmayr CONNECT, Leitner SkyCommand, OPC-UA, or sensor retrofit via SandBoxOS.
No replacement of vendor systems. No new control cabinets. No 'enterprise digitalisation committee'.
Once the first lifts are connected → live mountain dashboard, public status widget, and closure history become available.
Then we expand - adding throughput analysis, weather correlation, and cross-lift patterns.
